Hands down the best personal training experience I’ve ever had! Ben answers every and any questions you have, and if he doesn’t know the answer he’s determined to find it for you and learn that topic. You’re first session is a great experience. He puts you through movement and motion skills to check form and balance. He also makes it a main priority to find out if you have any injuries or pain anywhere and will make always check on you during your workouts. Speaking of workouts, he is not afraid to push you to the limit to help you get to your goals! Love the accountability. He always checks on you on your off days to see how your feeling from your workouts and how you’re doing on your diet. Overall, Ben is a great personal trainer, easy to talk to and get along with and very passionate about what he does. I would recommend Ben to anyone who is thinking about getting in shape and improving their health. Thanks Ben!

I have always been solo when it came to working out and never really had someone to guide me to train the most effective way. That’s where Ben came in. He has made fitness both challenging and most importantly fun, which is great if you get bored easily with your typical monotonous exercises. He has also guided me through the nutritional component of the training which helped me achieve my goal much more quick. Bottom line, if you’re serious about improving yourself and giving yourself the edge, he is the man.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    After messaging each other, we will start with a complimentary fitness consultation. The fitness consultations begins with an initial sit down to discuss training goals, nutritional habits, training schedule, and anything else needed to make a successful program. After discussing your goals, we will go through a full assessment covering: 1. Orthopedic measurements: height, weight, joint mobility 2. Strength assessments: Squat, deadlifts, bench, pull ups, core, and anything else I would need to assess 3. Movement Analysis: We may record some movements so that I can analyze them and put certain things in our program to improve those movements. Each training program will include: 1. Nutritional Guidance 2. Customized Program based off your assessment results and specific goals 3. Homework days if needed 4. Access to the myBESTme fitness app (Exercise library, calendar, and workout plan all in one spot)
