- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After messaging each other, we will start with a complimentary fitness consultation. The fitness consultations begins with an initial sit down to discuss training goals, nutritional habits, training schedule, and anything else needed to make a successful program. After discussing your goals, we will go through a full assessment covering: 1. Orthopedic measurements: height, weight, joint mobility 2. Strength assessments: Squat, deadlifts, bench, pull ups, core, and anything else I would need to assess 3. Movement Analysis: We may record some movements so that I can analyze them and put certain things in our program to improve those movements. Each training program will include: 1. Nutritional Guidance 2. Customized Program based off your assessment results and specific goals 3. Homework days if needed 4. Access to the myBESTme fitness app (Exercise library, calendar, and workout plan all in one spot)
