Personal Pilates

Introduction: I have over a decade of personal pilates experience, right to your door! Gather friends or have it be just you! bio: I began studying movement in High school learning Modern dance at Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, my home town. From there my love of dance grew and went on to receive a BA in Dance from Point Park University. I danced with several Dance companies and was a Scholarship student at the American Dance Festival. While dancing I wanted to learn more about the mechanics of movement and the muscular system. This led me to study Pilates and the Alexander technique. I received my Pilates Certification through Core Pilates NYC. I now study biomechanics under the direction of Mila Nova master Pilates and Biomechanics teacher and work in Las Vegas! Certifications: Pilates, Massage, and Trx Pilates apparatus: Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Ladder Barrel, Half barrel, magic circle, Jump Board, and Mat.
