John Gott says, "4 & 1/2 StarsReview for Ramics-repair Inc. on May 30, 2023 in Cedar Park, Tx.My 14-year-old 25 cubic feet side by side Sampson refrigerator/freezer was getting warmer and warmer until it finally reached a point that I couldnt ignore calling a professional repairman any longer.I called Ramics-repair Inc about noon time on a hot 90 degree+ F Day. They answered very promptly and stated that they could have a repairman stop by between 1 PM and 4 PM. They would call before the repairmen showed up. About 2 PM my phone rang and almost immediately the repairman, Alex, was at my front door.After we removed a good portion of the food from the freezer and refrigerator, it took Alex a few minutes to diagnose the problem and explain the problem to me. The internal fan in the freezer section was not running. He stated that the fan could be inoperative, frozen up or there could be other electrical problems. We removed the rest of the food from the freezer and refrigerator. Alex removed several panels from the freezer and refrigerator.He used a steam generator to defrost the ice behind the panels in the freezer. Sometime during this defrosting, the fan started working blowing cold air over to the refrigerator. He removed a refrigerator panel to get to the damper door mechanism which opens and closes to regulate the cold air to the refrigerator. He stated that he would have to order a replacement which should take about a week. He would have to come back to install it to complete the repair.He was out the door by 4 PM and my wife and I restocked the refrigerator/freezer when she returned from her medical appointment about 4:30 PM. I was a happy camper since my family could go back to a normal life with a 90% working refrigerator awaiting a part."See more

Ed was very professional, his work ethic was beyond what I had expected. He was respectful, knowledgable and courteous. He repaired four rollers for my Samsung dryer at a reasonable price at quick and proficient manner. He cleaned after his work which is not something most repair service people would do. I would recommend him to anyone who needs repair on most appliances and I would call on Ed again if I need future repairs.

Amil called ahead, and was able to arrive ahead of schedule. He completed repairs on our Samsung dryer in less than an hour. I appreciate that he explained the work very thoroughly, and showed me the parts he was replacing. This is the second time Amil has made a repair for me. He previously did a great job fixing my LG refrigerator. I recommend him for all appliance repairs. He is very knowledgable and trustworthy, and his prices are great!
