I found Jamelle through my wonderful wedding planner. Honestly with wedding planning, the ceremony was the thing I cared about least. I was a non traditional bride and didn't want to incorporate any religious elements since both me and my husband aren't religious. Jamelle was enthusiastic and so easy to work with. She wrote a ceremony script that really encapsulated the mood we were going for with our wedding, and that was sweet/lighthearted. Jamelle also put on a vow writing class a couple weeks before our wedding! It was so much fun since I was having a total writers block when it came to my vows. She also gave us the idea to buy cute vow books so we weren't holding a piece of paper during the ceremony. I would highly recommend Jamelle if you want a unique ceremony. We wish we knew about this company before our wedding! They were very friendly from the very first message we exchanged, immediately returned every text or phone call. We were given a generous amount of food, for a very affordable price. The dishes were exotic, delicious for every palate. We were even offered a vegetarian menu for our guests who didn't eat meat. More important than this was their accommodating service. Our wedding plans changed, at the very last minute. Not only was this not a problem for them, they went well above and beyond our expectations. We were treated very kindly, even among the unexpected difficulties. Every guest was happy with their gourmet menu. We highly recommend this vendor to every person planning a wedding!

I have to say that trying to find a caterer when organising a wedding from overseas is tough. We were extremely fortunate that it was Toni who responded to our request. We spoke on the phone and immediately she put my wife and I at ease. Not only did Toni fill us with confidence but she also went above and beyond to make sure we didn't need to worry about a thing. By far the best in terms of cost and service. Toni's communication throughout the planning leading up to our wedding and in the days before could not be faulted. All of our guests were blown away by the quality of food and amount of it!!! We had Toni and 3 of her staff present during our reception organising, bar tending and serving and every single one of them were outstanding. Toni was very experienced and offered us advice whenever we needed it. I cannot recommend 'A Fine Affair Events' highly enough. I can’t say enough good things about Rachael and Tim and the magic they worked on my wedding! First of all, I loved working with a married couple! They’re so sweet and I think it’s very inspiring to see such a great couple running a business together. They both really brought their strengths to the table! The entire process was fantastic. Rachael was always quick to respond to my questions and I could just tell she was really on the ball. On the wedding day, she really went to bat for me! My fiancé and I had a custom neon sign made for our wedding and the venue didn’t want to hang it but Rachael wasn’t going to let that happen! She made sure they got it done and it was perfect. The best part was, I didn’t even know this issue had arisen until well after the wedding! My wedding day was so relaxed because I knew Rachael and Tim had everything under control. At the reception, Tim was basically our DJ and he did such a great job! I made playlists and he made sure all the songs we wanted to hear were played. He also made announcements and did a great job! I’m so beyond grateful for this because they saved us literally thousands of dollars by not having to hire a DJ. In addition, they provided tons of decor and containers for all the candy on our candy table. Their prices are also so, so reasonable! This is by far the best money we spent on our wedding. It was truly a magical, perfect day and I know it was in very large part due to Rachael and Tim!! I seriously can’t say enough good things about them. If you want your wedding to run perfectly and be beautiful, hire them!! You won’t have to worry about a thing on your wedding day and that is seriously priceless.

Rachael's Custom Events was top notch. Rachael and her husband Tim work as a team to help create the wedding of your dreams. From our first meeting with the two of them, we knew that our wedding planning was in great hands. They have great energy! I was a very hands on bride and definitely had a vision. Rachael was very thorough in checking in to see what I needed and where she could help out. They visited with us on multiple occasions, met with our venue coordinator at our venue and even came to our house one weekend to preview all our decor and go through line item details. Rachael and Tim were instrumental in leading our wedding rehearsal the day before our wedding. On the actual day of the wedding, everything went smoothly because of them. They set up everything!!! The day and night went by fast (just like everyone says) and they worked hard to make sure our vision came to reality. They were very professional and I loved that even had a radio system set up where they could communicate with one another. They kept us on schedule and yet kept our wedding flowing organically. It was seamless! We met with them a month after the wedding and they shared some funny stories with us about our special day (kind of like a behind the scenes of things we never knew happened). My new husband and I decided to have a wedding out of town in Las Vegas! After about a couple months into planning by ourselves, the entire process just started to become too stressful! That's when my mom decided to hire Brandalyn for some extra help. It was the best decision we made! Brandalyn picked up the wedding planning right where we were and took charge. She took care of organizing everything I wanted/needed to be done. She helped organize the flowers, menu, drinks, transportation, photographer, videographer, hair and makeup, and directing our guests, leaving my day completely stress free! I even thought of her as an unofficial bridesmaid. Even in the limo ride to the church one of my bridesmaid's dress straps broke, and Brandalyn had an "emergency wedding day kit" filled with EVERYTHING! (I was surprised how important that kit is on a wedding day). She was not only extremely organized and professional, but honestly one of the sweetest people I have ever dealt with. The saddest part of the wedding being over was saying goodbye to her. When planning a wedding over a course of months, you want someone like Brandalyn to make your day better in every way! My wedding...boy oh boy!!! Olivia might be a saint to have dealt with everything associated with my day. She is very sweet, soft spoken and the opposite of me...LOL!!! She is always professional. She will go out of her way...and trust me every bride NEEDS that even when you think you don't. She is calming and was my rock through my bumpy journey. My whole wedding was turned upside down just 2 months before our planned "i do''s and with Olivia's help I was able to completely redo my wedding in a matter of weeks. She is really awesome, she met a lot of my family on the way and everyone just really liked her, she is very personable. Olivia planned my wedding two and a half years ago. My husband and I are from New York City, and we couldn't travel to Las Vegas to find a venue, DJ, florist, etc. Olivia made it so easy. I tried a couple of other wedding planners before her, but they weren't as prompt at answering emails or had the kind of attention to detail that I wanted. Olivia did it ALL. I even forgot my wedding dress in the hotel room (yikes) and she ran to get it for me! She was patient and my wedding was entirely stress-free. All I did was email what I wanted, arrive at Las Vegas, pay her VERY reasonable fee, and enjoy the night of a lifetime. You can't go wrong with her.

My husband and I got married a few months ago at The Wynn in Las Vegas. We live in Dubai and had been trying to organise the event for many months until we hit a brick wall – the time difference made things very tricky. After lots of research, we came across Paulina Clute. She emailed back almost immediately with all the information and some great ideas. She is super creative and came up with some really unique twists to make our day special. She video skyped with us every week and we received almost daily updates on the plans. Paulina also helped take our original ideas and make them a lot more cost-effective and stylish. For example, we wanted to rent a fabulous hotel suite for the after party, but the taxes and costs were really high, so Paulina found us the exact same suite that we wanted, but privately owned which really helped to bring down costs. She also took our favourite foods (burgers & grilled cheese) and made them gourmet, offering our guests luxurious mini versions of all their favourites. While we wanted to keep the event classy, we also wanted our guests to experience a little Las Vegas fun, so Paulina helped us trick out the suite with cool touches, such as an in-suite poker table with a dealer, a menu of custom cocktails, and limo buses stocked with mini Moet bottles to take our guests from the ceremony to our party. When we walked into the after party, Paulina and her assistant has transformed the space, everything was completely set up – the fire place was on, the DJ was playing our favourite tunes, the food was ready and bubbly poured. There were candles on every surface and beautiful flower displays – which Paulina had done herself! As our guests all travelled from international countries (from Australia to England!) we wanted welcome packages to be delivered to their hotel rooms. Paulina found the boxes, custom labels, ribbons and everything inside – which included an itinerary for the trip, sunglasses, asprin, mints, playing cards with our initials on them and lots more. She sourced every single item and packed each box beautifully. Planning a destination wedding is difficult but Paulina was our woman on the ground, liaising and meeting with all the vendors to ensure we got the best price possible. The next day, Paulina was kind enough to pack up all our left over booze and bring it to our hotel suite. It’s those extra efforts that make her service so special. Her fee is extremely reasonable considering everything she does – trust us, we could not have done it without her. She made the entire process easy and fun, and made sure we relaxed on the day and had fun with our friends and family who had travelled so far to celebrate with us. At previous weddings, so many of my married friends were not able to thoroughly enjoy their big day due to stress and planning, but we were lucky enough to have Paulina and enjoy every minute. We cannot recommend her enough, she is brilliant and will be incredibly helpful. She is professional and fun – exactly what you’d want in a wedding planner.

We cannot possibly say enough nice things about Paulina. She helped make our wedding the absolute best day of our lives and we could not have pulled it off without her. We highly, highly recommend her to help coordinate your wedding/event. Our wedding was a small (under 20 guests) destination wedding at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas. It was also the first same-sex wedding at the hotel which posed a number of unique challenges for everyone involved. Paulina handled all of it beautifully and was a steadfast advocate for us through the entire process. Prior to arrival, Paulina served as our liaison to the hotel, bakery, caterer, photographer/videographer and musician (harpist). At every turn, she was negotiating for better terms, fighting to save us money and providing invaluable insight/suggestions on plans for our weekend. Since we live in Austin, she was also our boots on the ground in Las Vegas purchasing bar/alcohol supplies and running all over town for our unique gift bag items. Once we all arrived, she took care of all the logistics. While we relaxed and socialized, she was hard at work carrying boxes, coordinating hotel staff and organizing and cleaning up our suite. On the day of the wedding, I honestly can't say what she did. All I can say was that every single part of our day was perfect. And that's a true testament to how well she works behind the scenes, quietly making it all happen while we enjoyed our day. Paulina is the best!

My son gave us very little notice of his wedding date! He was in his last semester of college at UNLV and decided to have his wedding on the evening of the same day he graduated UNLV!
