Finding a personal trainer is quite a challenge but the first time I attended Gev's Mehrabyan's Yoga Pilates class at The Z Spot, I knew it was right for me. I was very comfortable to expose my biggest flaws in my journey to being fit.
There are many qualities to look for in a trainer. Among those are Communication, Professionalism, and Personality. If your trainer doesn't possess any of those qualities you will not achieve any of your fitness goals. I can say with conviction that Gev's technique in teaching, and knowledge in exercise training, is based on the functional anatomy of your body, and this includes nutrition and lifestyle habits.
I was 189 pounds at the time I started with Gev. But being a broadcast journalist, that's 10 more pounds of added weight on TV. After 6 months of hard work and dedication, Voila! Down to 137 pounds and feeling fabulous!!!
Commitment and hard work will only pay off if you are dedicated... this is Gev's reminder to all of his students..
