What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a complimentary in-person or phone consult to review the wedding details, and determine how we can best assist the client. Once a coordination package has been chosen, we begin with the client, helping them to select a wedding location and reception venue, and those vendors needed to complete the client's wedding day team. Clients are involved with every step of the planning process, and the client's budget, style and vision are always paramount in that decision process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Merchandising and a Minor in Art. Twelve years in the wedding industry, membership in American Bridal Consultants and Weddings of the West. Multiple year award winner for Bride's Choice, Couples Choice, Destination Wedding Coordinator and Northern Nevada's Best Wedding and Event Planning business.

We offer four planning packages, allowing clients to chose the level of assistance they might need. Each package is reasonably priced, offering the highest level of wedding coordination assistance available, yet still keeping clients within budget.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Entrepreneur interest and desire to have my own wedding coordination business, building upon the talents and skills I possessed and those which the wedding industry requires. Many years of event coordination experience prior to becoming a wedding coordination professional, and operating a successful business, makes me humble and grateful for the success we have had. Our fabulous staff have assisted us greatly with this success.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all couples and all budgets. We consider each client unique, and all money saved by those clients as sacred funds, which funds should be carefully spent in preparation for, and on the wedding day. We have worked high-end, high budget weddings and events, large guest count weddings and events, as well as small guest count weddings and lower budget weddings, where our creativity and ability to stretch a clients budget come into play. We welcome the opportunity and honor to assist all couples.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Reno Aces Triple-A Gala event coordination for 700 players, managers, referees and owners, including entertainment, catering, rentals, signage and implementation of the client's desired theme, all done within budget. The two year project resulted in a completely successful event. Weddings are the main focus of our business, however that does not diminish our realization that each client is special. We always consider it a sincere honor to work with these couples on the most important day of their lives.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Consider years of experience, venue and vendor recommendations, personal referrals and reviews. Choose a coordinator with whom you can best work. We approach each event with professionalism and confidence, however we consider ourselves to be just a part of the couple's wedding day team. We leave egos and drama behind, offering a fun, yet professional planning process and a stress free wedding day.
