You were so kind, and gentle, leading the yoga class for people who are not that comfortable with it. I really enjoyed it. But your meetups were for overweight people, I'm not, and I got too busy with other stuff anyway. I would return again if my schedule changed, and if it wasn't just for weight challenged people.

Information is available regarding chakras, meditation, visualization, all forms of yoga and the traditions from what it has originated. Or, we can simply go through a yoga flow with more of a hands-on approach and less of the educational background. It's all up to the client!
