Her knowledge of the body is extensive and her hands are knowing. She is thorough, intuitive, and sends you off feeling like a million bucks. Lucky are those who are able to have a session with Brenda.
You were so kind, and gentle, leading the yoga class for people who are not that comfortable with it. I really enjoyed it. But your meetups were for overweight people, I'm not, and I got too busy with other stuff anyway. I would return again if my schedule changed, and if it wasn't just for weight challenged people.

These classes range from yin yoga (slow flow and targeting the ligaments and joints), ashtanga yoga (traditional), basic yoga (holding basic poses and moving slowly through each pose), vinyasa (movement through breathe and more of a flow), and chair yoga (gentle, for those who cannot get on the ground). The topics discussed at each session can range depending on what the client wants to learn about yoga. Information is available regarding chakras, meditation, visualization, all forms of yoga and the traditions from what it has originated. Or, we can simply go through a yoga flow with more of a hands-on approach and less of the educational background. It's all up to the client!
