The pros responded promptly and after assessing they walked me through the diagnosis, provided a few options, and fixed the issues swiftly. They were courteous and professional the whole way through. Our technician did a great job. We ended up having an issue with our dryer vent and he showed us the issue and explained everything. I would definitely hire them again.

Excellent experience with Dryer Vent Squad. It was easy to schedule, they assisted with more than just a dryer vent cleaning (which should be done regularly) they helped to re-route current venting system and updated it all to work best with a new dryer. Professional, quality work - highly recommend to all!

We have been trying to work on our house and get things repaired. Very professional, did not make me feel embarrassed for the state of our dryer duct system and made sure everything is installed safely. Walked me through after and showed me everything. One less stress on my mind knowing our ducts are clean and we now have an outside door!
