FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Since I wear many caps such as actor for the theatre, and perform both Voice Overs for the Web, Commercial (as in TV Stations)and Human Services Agencies, my on-camera and performing skills work in tandem with the ability to script both short-from and long form genre specific scripts. In addition, many client have bee extremely pleased by the high end graphics I have designed for all media and collateral materias i,e, commercials, tutorials, training etc. In many instances, my abilities have assisted clients if I find an unclear or ambigous text. In myriad instances, I have saved clients time and money because of a sharp eye. Nevertheless, there have been a plethora of instances that I would be the sole scriptwriter on a projects with technical input from experts if need by. Additional, because my appearance is such, I continue to work in this copacity. One final point and that is often, I have been both the talent and producer/director/ and talent for a diverse target population- as I am well aware of demographics and how each demo will be involved with the project. In essense, I am a director who works ideally with talent. Futhermore since I am a videographer and post production editor, it's clear how to work behind the camera and direct crew and talent alike.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The advice I would give to a prospective client with a small budget, to give serious consideration of a candidate such a me- who can perform go from concept to postproduction and distribution. On the other hand, if I client needed a seasoned, eye friendly and effective talent to work in front of the camera, if I were them- I would say "consider Debby.." she understands every aspect of production, is almost always on mark thereby saving the client money without compromising efficacy.
