Carol is not only one of the kindest and sweetest persons I know, but she cares about her students and takes the time to ensure posture is good and offers many different positions. She has a free class every Sunday and I don't know if there is anyone else that offers a free class. She willingly takes time out of her busy schedule to do a yoga class unpaid. She is one word - awesome. Highly recommend.
Niki has been my first yoga teacher. I attended her classes for several years. Her classes combined a variety of stretching and strengthening poses, as well as balancing and inversions. The classes were fun and well worth the time and effort. I learned a lot about yoga from Niki and still continue doing it. My children also attended her kids yoga classes. It was much more active and interactive than adult classes, and kids loved it. I highly recommend Niki as a yoga teacher.
I had never really done yoga before, but Trish invited me into her home for a nice morning session and it was the perfect way to start my day! She made me feel comfortable, despite my inexperience, and offered me helpful tips to make sure I was getting the most out of every pose. She even followed up with me later the next day to see how I felt. Will definitely be signing up for another session soon!

All of our Pilates and yoga instructors are certified. The Pilates instructors are certified by Power Pilates, and trained in the classical Pilates method which means that the instructor TEACHES, rather than participates in the class. This allows for individual attention and correction to students form and function. I enjoy teaching Pilates because I have witnessed the magic that Pilates creates in the student's body. Creating a strong flexible spine, improving posture, balance, and overall strength. Because of my passion for the Pilates Method, I feel that I am able to inspire my students. Many of my students have gone on to seek more training in the Pilates method.
