FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to build a sense of trust with my clients right from the start. I will offer a free, initial consultation where we will discuss goals, overall health, and a fitness plan going forward. Throughout the process, we will check-ins as often as they would like and adjustments will be made. Progress is the ultimate goal!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a certification as a Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise. This certification is accredited by the NCCA, which is the gold standard for accreditation of certifications in fitness, healthcare, and other professions.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I fell in love with weightlifting and exercise when I was in college. I realized that fitness not only transformed my body, but it also improved my mindset and mood, decreased my stress levels, and just improved my overall health. I learned that working out is not about looking good; it’s about feeling your best and improving your overall quality of life. I want to share my knowledge that I have gained over the years with my future clients and help them realize this too.
