I usually work with my customers to customize their menu, dinner and other, to have a better price.

Phone call or meet in person if possible, presentation of the project(s) and finalize the event .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two diploma from Ferrandi Paris related to Catering, Restaurant, Events and other food and beverage company, that I've been working for more than 15 years.
