Charlie has been my daughter's drum instructor for about 2 years now. He is extremely patient, paces the lessons appropriately, and provides corrective feedback in a gentle manner. He has a great way of balancing the lessons so that she is gaining foundational skills and also gets to play songs that she's interested in. We would highly recommend Charlie to anyone looking for a drum instructor.
