Our Mitsubishi split duct HVAC system stopped working the same day we had an ejector pump installed by a professional plumber. The plumber, who does good plumbing work, refused to admit that they had done anything to interfere with the HVAC system, and even a late night FaceTime call with an HVAC professional recommended by the plumber failed to identify the problem. Danila was confident he could fix the issue, and within a couple of hours he identified and explained why the pump had blown a fuse in the HVAC system, fixed the HVAC, and fixed the related electrical issue with the pump connection which saved us from using an outdoor extension cord. Would enthusiastically recommend for any job, especially electrical or HVAC related.

Tudor HVAC got back to me immediately and guided me the right direction. He told me what item to buy from Amazon which allowed me to do what I wanted. He was very honest and professional. I contacted many companies looking for an alternative and Power Saving Star was the most responsive and capable of them all. Steve, the owner, came out at 1pm to take a look at the issue and it was fixed by 5pm, and that included a long drive to get the replacement part. After having an HVAC specialist charge for consult and servicing and blaming the non- working minisplit AC on faulty electrical, we called and paid for 1 electrician to diagnose and give excruciatingly high estimate, then called a 2nd electrician who said we had no electrical problem... Ugh.
Finally we got All in One from Thumbtack. Wil from All in One came in promptly, diagnosed the issue right away, and now AC is working great. Wish I had contacted them first!

We had serious issues with our top end Carrier HVAC system and had numerous Carrier certified techs look at it to no avail. I posted the job and Slava reached out requesting to learn more about the job. He was very kind in making time for us on an emergency basis. He came promptly at 9am after picking up all the parts that he needed. He was extremely methodical in his approach and quickly diagnosed the problem. He spent hours testing the pressures, vacuuming and cleaning the system, correcting the errors made by previous folks, replacing parts, cleaning areas and fixing several issues that no one to date had been able to diagnose or fix.
As a result of his diligent work, we have for the first time a perfectly functioning AC system right in time for the heat. He was patient, focused (completely concentrated on our job - no outside calls etc) and you can tell he really cares about doing a stellar job. He is a true experienced professional who takes pride in his work. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and his plan of action. At the end, he spent time educating us on how to better maintain our system and steps we could take. He was honest about what was necessary and what was nice to haves. He was also very reasonable in his pricing and we were glad to tip him. We are happy to have found Slava and will be using him as our go-to HVAC maintenance and repair professional. I highly recommend him.

Had these guys come in October 2021 to figure out why my unit wasn’t working. Said there was a leak and they couldn’t find it, so they sealed it and refilled it with Freon. May of 2022 it was out again and a different HVAC person came and said it was completely empty. He found the leak on a coil on the back side of the unit
UPDATE: after I left a review, I quickly got a call from Asim (the owner). He didn't realize I wasn't getting through, so he came by to check out the unit immediately and then offered to come grab the condenser the next day to personally repair it himself. They did and by the next day they had made the repair, reinstalled it, and recharged it at no cost since Asim wanted to get the repair done right like they tried to do in October. Asim and his guys are great, and it seems like the person who didn't find the repair in October 2021 has been gone from the company for a while now
