- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For moving we always charge an hourly and flat rate/qoute. We do have an extra fee for the truck (mileage only), disassembly/reassembly and also moves without an elevator.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers I would ask for full description of the project at hand. I'll ask them to include the following items being moved or fixed, pick and drop off addresses, stairs or elevator at locations. Base on information provided I will then offer a hourly and flat.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I always had a passion for this type of job since my early Years in high school being apart of the NYPD Explorers program
