- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our base rate includes 2 professional movers — perfect for most standard moves. For larger jobs or if you'd like things to go faster, we often recommend adding a third mover for greater speed and efficiency.⠀ The rate also includes a 18ft boxtruck or full-size van, depending on the size of your move or your preference — no extra charge. ⠀ You’ll always know what you’re paying for. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer contacts us, we start by asking a few quick questions to understand the size and scope of the move. We then provide a clear quote, recommend the right truck and team size, and schedule a date that works best for the customer. On moving day, our crew arrives on time, fully equipped with all packing supplies, blankets, and straps. We handle everything with care and make sure the customer is satisfied before we leave. Communication is always open — we're here to make your move easy and stress-free!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team members have over 5 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial moving. Each mover is trained in proper lifting techniques, furniture wrapping, and secure loading to ensure safety and care. We also provide ongoing in-house training to maintain high service standards and minimize risk of damage during moves.
