Introduction: I am a private chef with Michelin Star restaurant experience. I trained with cooks abroad in both Nicaragua and Egypt. I am also a Hospitality Management student at City Tech, downtown Brooklyn. At City Tech, I completed professional culinary and baking courses. I focus on using natural, healthy, and fresh farm to table ingredients. I enjoy making my own spices. I am familiar with special dietary restrictions such as, Keto, Vegan, Vegetarian, Kosher, Halal, Pescatarian, and Paleo. I provide private cooking lessons virtually or in person. I teach basic knife skills, traditional mother sauces, and traditional stocks.
