Make sure that the personal trainer that you hire is legit. Does s/he have a certification in the field? Does s/he have experience? Etc... Do your research!

Introduction: HealthyFux offers affordable personal training services to women only. I am a woman myself, certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a personal trainer. In addition to my PT certification, I'm also CPR/AED certified.
I run my own small and private fitness studio, but would be able to travel to train you in the comfort of your own home.
The training I do is individualized to each client's goals and needs, but no matter what you're after fitness wise, we'll be able to make it happen.
