45$ for extra person.
I charge 100$ for nutritionist consultation + 50$ for the diet plan + 50 $ home visitation.
Online training cost 75$ per sessions and all you need to schedule your sessions is a Dumbbell, resistance bands and train with body weight .
Sessions must be paid after or before the training occurred.
My name is Louis Labonte and I’m an ISSA CPT with 9 years of professional experience in training and certified as a specialist sport nutritionist.
In 2010 , before I became a fitness trainer , I was obese along with diabetes type 2 and at that time I did not take that matter seriously Until I started having lots of health complications On some days my heart would be pounding with heavy breathing signs and felt weak and had always feel tired .
During that time I was 230 pounds and to be quite honest I thought that my life was at great risk. I did not know what the next step to living a healthy life was. I was lost and didn’t know where to begin.
Luckily one day , one of my friends who knew about my health issues introduced me to one of the top fitness experts to follow up some fitness training program via online .
Since after I accept the program I started taking all the necessary steps to start anew me and take control over my life choices. Since then my life and health got better and I started to seek and gain more fitness knowledge and expertise. Step by step I start to grow by learning different workout mechanisms, training system, goals, and dieting .
When it comes to fitness philosophy I’m well educated in my field and I do make sure that I read articles about dieting and study tone of fitness programs that will fit for each individual , I’m an expert and I’m capable of designing any proper training program to different training goal. I use real proven scientific training to give you unreal results surprise .
I will apply the same methods that I learned throughout my experience in training and along working with others to implement into your training.
My responsibility as your personal trainer is to find the right training program that fit your overall goal and also correct all the exercise form in order to prevent any type of pain and injuries .
