Our trip was a success because of Tammy and Million Miles Travel Agency! It was not easy finding a destination for 13 people to celebrate a bachelorette but she found us the perfect all-inclusive package that could suite everyone's needs. They have an open communication policy and I was able to ask as many silly questions as I needed. All our documentation and transportation was booked for us and completely organized. Even when we encountered snags along the way - almost lost luggage and forgetting to check in for our excursion - Tammy was one call away helping solve our issues. Truly a trip we (& the bride) will never forget. We will be calling on Million Miles for all group traveling in the future! The bride is even going to use this service for her honeymoon!! Being a first time traveler, I had absolutely no idea what to ask for. Tammy was able to not only help me decide what I wanted from this trip but helped me plan it very last minute AND was able to immediately find a vacation location with the exact budget I requested! She is quick and efficient and was patient with my multiple, random questions. I hope to plan future trips with her assistance! My trip will be in less than 3 weeks if everything goes as planned. Tammy actually took the time to listen and ask questions to get an idea of what we were looking for. I booked her for a girls getaway/bachelorette trip to Mexico and I am so thrilled. She responded within the hour every time and was always willing to help. I had a lot of questions and she was able to answer them all. She made sure to get us direct flights with a quality airline which is RARE! We haven’t gone on the trip yet, but we are very excited!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Million Miles Travel believes in giving you the full price. Quotes will include everything you request, plus optional additions that in our experience makes the trip. If there are any sales, discounts, and other promotions that you are eligible for, you will receive it. You do not have to worry about surprises.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most important thing is to get a full understanding of what the customer wants so I usually have a phone, skype, or email interview getting to know what the client needs. After getting that information, I put together a quote with 1-3 itineraries depending on the complexity of the request. Then off of that first quote(s), I will work closely with the client to perfect the itinerary so it is tailored to their liking.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have traveled extensively, done numerous trainings (supplier and destination trainings), and I belong to numerous travel associations.
