I start working with Pariis and Dewane @ golden touch Fitness after I saw there amazing reviews on thumbtack , so far i lost over 26 lb in 4 month , Monday and Wednesday i do strength training with and Friday kickboxing with pariis , Dewayne also design a workout program for me and my fiancé to do on the weekends, I highly recommend golden touch fitness trainers Dewayne and Pariis to anyone who is looking for a trainer

Words fall short to describe my journey with Greg, The Personal Fitness Coach, he takes time to understand ones own challenges and helps to get changes in day to day routine without feeling forced, he also has an immense understanding about how much can ones body take and slowly builds the strength with introduction of various excrsise to build up strength, I right now in my 3rd week have already lost about 5 ibs of weight without going through boring and strenuous workouts and starving crash diets, it's fun to be with Greg, every morning I get up and feel like exercising, and that's the biggest change Greg brought in, the desire, and then with the muscle strenghth slowly built up the desire has converted into action, I highly recommend Greg for any one, any age as the personal trainer.😇😇

Positive and upbeat, skilled and consistent, Rhonda brings all of her professional attention to each session in a very friendly and enjoyable manner. After years of failing to find a way either on my own or with other trainers to find the discipline to workout in a steady and long term, life-style changing way, finding Rhonda over a year ago has led to the best shape I've been in since my early 20's ..... and that was a long time ago. Carlos is the secret, the real deal. At first I was hesitant about paying for a trainer. I thought I knew it all about exercise being fairly athletic. I also thought that only celebrities had personal trainers and paid dearly for them…until I met Carlos. I didn’t just get a fitness trainer I have an accessible counselor that guides me in exercise, nutrition, and everyday conditioning. When I travel he sends me exercise regimes for the hotel gym and constantly advises me on dieting and working out. As far as results: I’ve lost 52 lbs. and have great energy. Carlos is the real deal. If you don’t believe it, just ask me.

I have been working with personal trainers for the past 9 years and, in which I have worked with almost 6 different great trainers! With that being said, my current trainer, Bejko Evis, truly took it above and beyond and took the service to a whole new level. Throughout the last couple of months working with him, he was always extremely knowledgeable, hard working, caring and he always pushes me to break new records. If you are looking for a high intensity workout with s cool guy- Evis is your man!

Exceptional in every single way! When I contacted the burning zone, the response was prompt. Based on my goals I was match with Ulysse, he offered the first training for free. I had worked with personal trainers before, I could tell right away he was knowledgeable. He heard me out on my goals (strength building and body balance, not weight loss) and at the end of the session he came up with a plan on how we should work out. Ulysse's positivity and attitude towards health and fitness carries over to all aspects of your life when you work out with him. He is a strong nutritionist, adjust the workouts to your body and your needs and constantly switching things up. He watches you closely and ensures you get the most out of every exercise, he knows how to push you hard but not over the edge. Ulysse has a motivating effect which is exactly what you want in a trainer. On days you don't meet, a text message reminder to make healthy choices and will encourage you to stay on track. Ulysse is truly invested in your personal success, this isn't just some one-size-fits all program. I also love that he does not believe in or push products/supplements and other garbage onto you, his method: healthy eating exercise, rest and hard work. Ulysse is energetic, motivating, an awesome person and trainer. I enthusiastically recommend him to anybody reading this who needs a fantastic personal trainer.

I cant say enough positive things about Judy! I trained with her for many months before my wedding and could not have asked for a sweeter, knowledgable, encouraging and patient trainer. She met me at my fitness level, and knew how to build more challenging workouts through the course of our time together. I was very happy with the results of our twice weekly sessions and felt stronger, trimmer and more confident for my wedding. Just the greatest!

Brenda is an excellent personal trainer and the best personal trainer I have ever had. She is knowledgeable and flexible to individual clients’ needs. Brenda has adjusted routines throughout my pregnancy, surgical recovery, various orthopedic injuries (wrist tendinitis, ankle sprain, knee strain, back pain) and keeps our sessions new and fresh even after more than 4 years together. Training with Brenda always challenges me and pushes me passed where I would go myself and in a safe and effective way. I appreciate her willingness to come train almost any day or time. I had Ratul as a personal trainer for my wedding and he was phemonal. I was able to drop a couple of dress sizes because of him and tone up at the same time. He's a very humble and down to earth guy. He personalized the program specifically for me and offered me dieting advice and helped me understand about macro for eating.

Ed is the man! What else can I say? My wife and I were looking for a trainer who could address our personal fitness goals leading up to our wedding. With a 3-month window, Ed was able to evaluate each of our individual needs effectively and construct workout programs that he trained us on, simultaneously. We are extremely pleased with our results. Ed's program not only helped us reach our goal, but has really set us up for long term success with our physical fitness. We'll be continuing our training with him for a while I think.

Marvin is by far the best trainer I have ever worked with to meet my goals. My wife and I began working with Marvin 3 years ago. My goals were specific: (1) workout consistently; (2) gain muscle mass; and (3) have more energy day to day. Marvin provided us with a comprehensive workout program during the week - even for the days that we were not training. He also guided us on how to put together a diet regimen to maximize our goals. Most importantly, Marvin holds you accountable by requiring that you record your workouts and meals and deliver a weekly report. Highly recommend! They were able to work with my busy schedule and partner me up will someone based on my background/goals. I trained with this company back in LA and you have no idea how happy I am that they have trainers in NYC as well! The training packages are a great deal and it's a huge plus that their trainers are well informed when it comes to nutrition. All of the trainers are amazing but Erika's experience aligned perfectly with what I was looking for in a trainer. If you're willing to do the work you will absolutely get the results. I'm down 5% body fat in just one month of training!

I worked with Lauren for a short period of time as I had to move away from The Midtown area but in that time I felt real changes in my health and fitness levels. Lauren is friendly, fun and lovely to be around. She pushes you but also is aware of your health and posture to ensure you are safe from any risks etc. I loved the 30 days unlimited training deal as it's excellent value for money and let's you see what you are getting from Lauren as a Personal Trainer. I would wholeheartedly recommend Lauren.

I have had a few personal trainers in the past but have been working exclusively with Cody for the last 5 years. Not only is he an extremely knowledgeable and experienced trainer with lots of credentials but also have a lot of insights on dietary programs to enhance health and effectiveness of your workout. Add to that the fact he is a great guy to hang out with and have a conversation during the sessions and hiring him becomes a no brainer :) Don't get me wrong, he still makes sure you get a solid workout in and achieve your goas as he innovates and constantly refreshes the routines but his charisma and persona makes it for a fun process instead of just pain.
