I can say confidently that training with Jason will result in noticeable improvements in a short period of time. I've been working with him steadily for 4 months; I've lost 38lb, gone down 2 pants sizes and 3 shirt sizes. He's provided the structure, guidance, nutritional and fitness feedback and encouragement I've needed to achieve weight loss, as well as non-scale victories. No two workouts are the same, which is pretty creative considering we meet 3 times a week. Sessions are divided evenly between high intensity interval training and cardio. We've also begun to incorporate more significant strength training with free weights. I believe this combination has helped prevent my body from becoming comfortable and plateauing. He's willing to meet me where it's convenient to workout, and he's flexible and adjusts to my scheduling. We've trained outdoors and at the gym; believe me that no 2 workouts are the same. This can be helpful for beginners and seasoned athletes alike, as nutritional habits are especially important to any fitness goals. He will work with you at whatever size or fitness level you're currently at and get you where you want to be. Likewise, his price is very fair and reasonable.
