FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies depending on the studio I train my private clients. I have to pay rent to use the studio, my pricings has to adjust to the studios fees. I charge $100+ per session depending on the distance it takes to get to my clients and I do adjust my prices to my clients budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I go by what my clients needs and wants are and I train them functionally and I add in movements that are fun, but challenging and creative. while I train my clients, I look at their movement patterns and see what I need to work on if an Imbalance presents itself. if something needs it's own separate training day to improve, I will let my client know that we need an extra day to train. every first session I do for a first time client, is an actual session. It never feels like an assessment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently in the process of becoming an Occupational therapist assistant and then an Occupational Therapist. I plan to merge my two professions and transition my patients to becoming my clients. I am certified and specialize in corrective exercise, functional training and pre/post natal. I am also going into life coaching as well.
