- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We send a technician to diagnose the problem with the appliance. There is a diagnostic fee that varies by location. The technician will then give the client the diagnosis of the appliance and the estimate to repair the problem. If the client will choose to proceed with the repair then the diagnostic fee will be included it the estimate. If the client will choose to decline the repair then he will pay only for the diagnostic fee plus tax. If the technician has the parts on his truck then he can fix it on the same day, if the technician needs to order parts, he will return within 2-5 business days, depends on parts availability.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All the technician have plenty of experience working with all of the existing brands and appliances. The technicians are kind and professional and will answer all of your questions will full clarity. Some have studied their trade in a school and some by years of experience and learning from other seasoned techs.
