- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is dependent upon location, type of job, and if any additional supplies or services are needed (i.e. shredding, storage, etc.). At your free consultation, we will discuss the factors that determine your hourly price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all begins with a phone call. We talk about the work you need done, whether it's a situation that's been going on for a while, or a new situation such as a move that you need help with. We then schedule your free in-home consultation, and you're on your way! Together we will work step-by-step towards laying out a plan and achieving your goal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a long professional history in business, education and management, as well as parenting- I am the mother of four children. I have worked with many different groups of people and relate to my clients on an individualized basis. All that I have done in my life has prepared me for the work of a Professional Organizer, and I am finding great satisfaction in seeing the results it brings to my clients. I attend regular NAPO & POLI meetings to network with other Professional Organizers & keep abreast of what is going on in the industry.
