"I was training with Iosif since June 2016 (more than a year) - and I really value this relationship. Iosif is a very experienced trainer. He is the true professional in the best meaning of this word. Over this time I made a lot of progress, lost weight, gained muscle, became much more flexible. I stay differently. I move differently. I feel differently. When I travel, I miss our training sessions. I really feel better when I train with Iosif regularly (2-3 times per week). What I like about Iosif is how he customizes the training sessions based on my current state. It is amazing how a small change to an exercise or a stretch can completely change its difficultly level. Also it is quite amazing how Iosif can make effective workouts with minimum set of tools (or even without any equipment)."

"John is extremely knowledgeable and does a great job of balancing being personable and holding you accountable. He is strict when it comes to proper form, which is something that everyone should appreciate if they want to achieve their goals as that is the foundation of everything. Following his instructions and advice, I was able to cut weight and improve on my lifts all while reducing my back and hip pain! Also, unlike many other trainers, he has a great sense of humor and training with him is like working out with a friend. I give John my highest recommendation."

"I have been working with John for over a year and a half now and have been amazed and very pleased with the results achieved every step of the way.  My most recent goal was to lose some weight, get rid of the nagging fat around by abdomen and thigh area and be able to achieve an overall sculpted/muscular physique in the process.  As I was approaching the age of 50, I wondered if it was ever possible to achieve these goals, especially to be able to build muscle at this stage in my life.   With his positive approach, John has been working twice a week with me consistently on a great strength training program coupled with an appropriate effective meal plan. Through his strength training program, I’ve learned about specific exercises used to target different muscle groups using proper form, increased intensities and repetitions.  John has always been encouraging in pushing me to do more than I realize I can, even when I whine.  He always seems to know how much you can really do and is really genuinely interested in helping you to succeed as you progress every step of the way.  I even managed to dead lift up to 200 pounds.  Wow, I never imagined I’d ever be able to do that! One thing that has really impressed me about John is his deep understanding on the physiology of the human body from body building, effects of injuries, metabolism, hormones, fat burning capabilities, effects of food and environmental factors on the body and much more. It’s nice to know that you can ask him anything and get a detailed full answer from him.  It’s not all about just how to do exercises, there is more involved in achieving overall health and fitness and John can certainly educate you on that. John is a true Professional and Master in his field. As of now I lost all the weight I wanted to lose/decreased my body fat, achieved my desired sculpted look through obvious definition to my waist/abdomen, back, arms,  glutes, and legs. I’ve learn how to eat better and healthier foods. Now 50, I look fit, feel stronger and more energized than ever. At 115 lbs., 5’ 1’’ tall, I’m definitely where I want to be.  If you want to make a change to look and feel great and healthier, then John is the man to see. You won’t be disappointed. "

"My body looked incredible after just a few sessions working with John. I tend to be lazy about working out but John kept me motivated and made sure that I was challenging myself enough to get the results without getting injured. "Joseph looks forward to workouts with Coach Matt! He felt stronger after each session and felt it improved his strength with swimming. It is good to work with a trainer that knows proper techniques with age appropriate strength training and exercises that support the muscles in your sport.
