Introduction: My name is Stephanie Lugo, and I own Steph it up Decor. I am an event stylist, which means I will style, plan, decorate, and coordinate your entire event. My passion for styling events to the public is pretty new. However, I've always done events and parties for family and friends or for my workplace when I worked in corporate. I was told to offer my services to the public but was never ready to do so. Two years ago, I finally went public, and I'm so grateful for doing so. Each event is unique, and I love pouring my heart into them. I am here to offer luxury detailed decor for all events, Weddings, Bridal showers, Engagemnets & Proposals, Sweet 16's & Quinceañeras, Birthdays, Baby showers and Dinner parties!

Stephanie went above and beyond to make the launch of my new curly hair brand, Ecurlibrium (www.ecurli.com), an evening that was a combination of classic beauty and timeless elegance! She is a visionary in decor, and I knew from seeing her past work that I could leave the decor for the celebration of my brand in her hands. The setup was fast and efficient prior to the start of the party, and she was promptly there to take down the elements once the party ended, leaving me with no concerns so that I could focus on the guests in attendance . We all sometimes want to do things on our own, but let’s face it, as parents etc. it can get crazy!! For my daughters Sweet 16 party, I needed someone like me and MORE. This would be an important event for us, especially the Birthday girl. Stephanie was exactly what I was looking for. She’s fearless, energy driven, organized, worked super well with my vendors. My daughter had a traditional Sweet 16, this included court entrances/dance, candle lighting etc. which all required announcements and she did all of that. From helping with ideas, to helping with the court dancing all the way to getting the food out when it was dinner time and calling tables up to eat. She was there from start to finish. Her knowledge with party planning and party set ups including balloon backdrops, centerpieces and MUCH MORE (Like in the business name) is professional and she gives 100% plus in all that she does. Late night planning & helping me out in many ways, as if it was her own kids party. That’s what you need in a Event Coordinator. I would TOTALLY use her again.

Steph did a fabulous job for my daughter’s baptism/ first birthday. She gave me exactly what I wanted and then some. Everything was gorgeous! Steph is lovely and easy to work with. Will be using her again!
