- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a Chef we're required to renew our sanitation licensing and other little details. Whenever I can I like to take a course or two in the city whatever my weak point is so that I can master it.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been cooking ever since I was four years old and had my first easy bake oven, professionally since I was sixteen. I've worked for several important companies but my interest in catering didn't begin until a trip to Boston to help out my friend kick-start her catering business. We were hired by a company called Phoodiez who basically hires catering companies to cater, serve and host events for important corporate companies like Carbonite and Standard Life Investments.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Romantic private dinners for two or four, themed dinners, brunch and dinner parties.
