Bushido: The Way of the Warrior
Act like a man of thought---think like a man of action.
In the 12th century, there once roamed noble warriors who moved with stealthy grace and clever ingenuity. They were skilled in one-on-one combat and for long years dominated the battlefield and influenced the world greatly. They were the ancient Samurai warriors of Japan, trained in the battlefield to be fierce, cunning and ruthless.
Now, you may not be able to fulfill your dreams of becoming a Samurai, but you can certainly live and train like one, courtesy of 8th degree black belt Hanshi Bill Palmer. He offers a complete system of traditional Japanese martial arts, whose beauty when practiced is rivaled only by its stunning effectiveness in combat.
I've been teaching Kokoshiryu Jujutsu, Karate, Judo, Tomiki Aikido and adult self-defense for 38 years. With constant practice, the system builds the mind, body, spirit and character of the practitioner. I teach them to improve their coordination and focus, to fall without getting hurt, to deal with bullies, to avoid getting into fights and to develop their bodies to peak strength.
His Kokoshiryu Jujitsu class encompasses throws, strikes, kicks and joint manipulation. Its versatility makes it one of the most effective martial arts ever devised. It's an art that up to these times prove to be nearly unbeatable when tested against other combat systems. In addition, he is also a certified BLS and first aid provider who offer certification in the areas of CPR, AED, CPRPro and several other health and safety courses.
I specialize in the instruction of children starting at 3 years of age. My wife, who is a 6th degree black belt herself, teaches with me. Martial arts is more than just a deceptively simple yet powerfully complex fighting style. Its a way of life.
