Jason was great. Very polite, professional and organized. He made himself available based on our schedule. He delivered as promised he fixed our leaky faucet in the kitchen and was able to clear our bathtub drain which our super had been unable to do. The only reason I didn't give Jason 5 stars was that he showed up nearly 90 minutes late. Despite that i would use Jason again and would certainly recommend him to any of my friends,
Ackthba did a great job, taking care of a number of jobs in my house - recaulking our bathtub, repairing and varnishing a part of the floor, installing a bathroom light fixture and air conditioners, and a few other small miscellaneous things. He and his team are very detail oriented and did a great job, highly recommended!
Kathy was responsive to my call and scheduled a visit by the plumber (Sam) the next day (Saturday). Sam arrived on time and within few minutes identified the sources to the leaks from the bathtub drain area. Both the drain valve and the faucet valve were leaking. Sam fixed the drain valve on that day and came back two days later on Monday with the parts needed to replace the leaky faucet valve as well as a new faucet set that I wanted him to install. There were two options to replace the faucet valve - one from the front (bathtub) side which requires removing a few tiles, or from behind, which requires cutting a small area on the drywall in the adjacent room. Although it would have been easier for him to work from the front side, he decided to work from behind so that I don't have to hire another contractor to install the tiles later. I truly appreciated his thoughtfulness. He also suggested that I install access panels where the cut was made on the wall as well as on the ceiling at the first floor, below the bathtub drain valve. Sam did an excellent job and he was on time as promised. The price was very reasonable. Sam is honest and trustworthy. I will certainly hire him whenever I need work that Sam does.
Marty is a true professional and very reliable!! He was on time and responded quickly to all messages. I hired him to install a glass sliding bathtub door and it was done perfectly. My husband met him and watched him do the work and has nothing but praises about the quality of his work. Don't hesitate and hire Marty , you will not be disappointed! We will continue to recommend him to everyone! His prices are very reasonable!!
I hired Marvin to re-caulk a bathtub. Very happy with the job. He was punctual, courteous, and did a great job. Good attention to detail. Even did some minor touch ups at no extra cost. Would definitely hire him again!
What can I say about Anthony, what can I not say about him? He replaced the shower/bathtub fixtures in both bathrooms. He ran into a problem, talked to me about it, then he solved it. He returns calls/e-mails promptly, he's very professional, and knowledgeable re: his craft. His prices are reasonable. He is an all around nice man. He is my go to Plumber for life. I am going to hire him for other related jobs. I will be recommending him to others.
I took a day off, since he said he cant work on Sunday He will come on Monday. I've been asking him when you will able to come since morning 9am. He said in the morning that I'm in the meeting and I'll text you later. Again I told him. I have taken a day off i want to fix my bathtub (water leaking) problem today itself. He confirmed that He'll come the moment He finish other job. He mistakenly (as per his chat) replied to him that I'm 5 min away and (at 3.57pm) he didnt show up. Its 7.57 and still no news. Not only i wasted my time but 1 unpaid vacation. I would not recommend.
Juan came over on time. There were three things I needed fixed. A drain issue in my bathtub. A pipe leak in the kitchen sink. A pipe leak in the bathroom sink. He fixed the kitchen sink pipe relatively quickly once he evaluated what needed to be done. The bathroom sink was the challenge. Due to the weird setup, Juan had to take apart my wooden set up to get to the pipes. He took it apart, fixed the complex piping and put together the furniture sink cabinet. Next he used a snake to remove all the gunk primarily due to years of hair trapped in there. It will approximately 3 hours of his time and he came at 8pm. He charged me a low price for the job IMO so I gave him a great tip to reward him for the professional service and time. I would definitely recommend him. He knows his plumbing and doesn’t stop until it’s fixed.
Great work ethic, attention to detail and work quality. Helped me with furniture assembly, installation and bathtub caulking. I'm certainly hiring him again.
Mr. Roman proved his level of professionalism which span three decades. He set up a time to meet my schedule. His estimate was reasonable for the bathtub plumbing issue. He identified an existing problem. And, most importantly he fixed the problem. I will most likely use him for other jobs and refer him to my friends and family.
Unclogged and fixed my bathtub that's been an issue for ages! Very nice and easy to work with.
I had Handicap Grab bars installed in my elderly parents bathtub stall. Three 12" bars , so 18 holes drilled into old subway tiles. It came out flawless. Told me he would be at my apartment 8am, he was Sharp. Done between 8:30/45. The price was right as well. Would definitely hire again and again.
The first time that I used Jay-Quin contractors was about 15 years ago when they did cement work for me. They did my patio, driveway, steps and sidewalk. None of the cement work has ever cracked which is why I called them for my next job. They did the retiling of my downstairs bathroom. The work was flawless and I never needed to call them back for anything. The next job was in my kitchen. They installed a new kitchen countertop and installed the new appliances. They also painted the kitchen. The next job was to remove the bathtub in the master bathroom and to put in a shower. The work that they did was outstanding. They purchased tiles to match my bathroom tiles and installed a beautiful mosaic in the shower. You would never know there was a bathtub in the bathroom. They also removed paneling from the two smaller bathrooms and smoothed out the walls and painted the rooms. Friends who have seen the rooms cannot tell there was ever paneling in the two bedrooms. I also wanted a light and a ceiling fan in each room. That was also done. The most amazing thing about Jay-Quin is not only the magnificent work that they do, but they never leave dirt around to clean up. They vacuumed every day and cleaned up as much as they could. I would never consider using any other contractor for any work in my home. The workers are extremely nice. They work as fast as they can and their work is precise. This is an amazing company and I would never think of hiring anyone else to work in my home.
Job: Fix broken spout in bathtub What went well: The damage was more extensive inside the wall but the plumber (Vaidas) did an excellent job repairing it. He put strong brass fittings inside to replace the older softer copper. I would highly recommend Vaidas to everyone. He is very professional and thorough and does not try to upcharge at the slightest pretext like a lot of people these days. Hard to find good folks with integrity like Vaidas.
Luis did a bathroom tiling job for me. After we finalized the price, he discovered that the bathtub needed additional support (and additional work). He went above and beyond the agreed scope, and completed the job without asking for more money. Based on this experience, I hired him for 3 more jobs. . Luis has a broad set of skills. He is respectful, professional and does good quality work at reasonable price.
I hired John and his team to refresh our bathroom, which included a reglaze of our tub, as well as painting our interior doors and common space walls. We had our bathtub glazed about 5 years ago with a different company and we were unhappy with it. I shared our concerns about the reasons why, and he made me feel confident in hiring him for the job because he provided a warranty for his work. He pa
I had a recurring problem with a clogged bathtub and Next Level Repairs solved the issue for good. Very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend the services.
Excellent Job! Response time was very fast. The bathtub I thought I was going to have to replace completely looked brand new when they left! I can't thank you enough! Highly Recommended!
It was a pleasure dealing with this company due to their prompt and professional response. I got three of my bathtubs done with them and so far so good. I highly recommend them for the value and professionalism they offer
Four Star made renovations to the entirety of my home. They remodeled both kitchens, living rooms, dining rooms, 4 bedrooms, sunroom, outside deck and doorway to the back deck. He also redesigned 2 smaller bedrooms into a master suite with a handicapped bathroom, walk-in closet, laundry room and deck. They provided painters, crown molding, rugs, plumbers, flooring and appliances. I was very impressed with the quality of workmanship and the speed in which everything was completed. I purchased an extended family home which was in need of total remodeling. I needed to make it safe for my aging parents to live in and also comfortable for myself. It also needed to get it done as soon as possible. When I explained what I needed to do, Charlie was full of helpful suggestions which made our choices easy. He layed out the plan, gave us a timeline as when we could expect completion and gave us choices in the quality of the materials he would use. He consulted us every step of the way, and when I was not available to make color choices he emailed or text messaged choices and alternatives until everything was to our satisfaction. He also has a keen eye for what is needed to finish a job properly. Crown moldings, banisters, bathtub, ramps... everything I wanted and needed to make our home functional and beautiful. I can't thank him and his crew enough for all the hard work and expertise used in the completion of our home. I highly recommend this company.

Re-glazing/re-finishing your bathtub is the most economical and efficient way to revitalize your bathroom, at a mere fraction of the cost of replacement. Fixture replacement involves not only the cost of new fixtures, but also replacing the wall, tile, wallboard, tile floor and sub-floor, plus pipes and hardware that are damaged during the removal of the tub. This is very time consuming and expensive. Stained, chipped, and hard-to-keep clean bathroom fixtures are unsightly and unhealthy, and can create a negative impression to your guests. Re-glazing/re-finishing your bathroom fixtures will give them a smooth, glossy finish within a matter of hours. This non-porous finish actually meets and exceeds the original manufacturer's specifications for stain and acid resistance. We can re-glaze in any color, the most popular being white, almond, and beige, or we can custom blend a color for you, from yellow to black. The re-glazing/re-finishing process is a remarkable, time-tested method that was developed specifically for bathtub and tiled wall finishing. The secret lies in the ability of the compounds to fuse themselves into the original surface through a molecular bonding action. The new finish becomes a permanent part of the existing fixture, unlike bathtub liners which can crack, trapping unsanitary water and creating a health hazard. We have been a family-owned and -operated business since 1965.
