Our pricing is designed to be fair, flexible, and customized to your event needs. Here’s what to know: Menus are tailored based on guest count, food selection, and service style (drop-off, buffet, plated, etc.). Delivery and setup fees may apply depending on the location and size of the order. We offer discounts for large group orders, nonprofits, and recurring clients. A minimum order amount may be required for catering services. All pricing is clearly outlined up front — no hidden fees or surprises. We’ll work closely with you to stay within your budget while still delivering bold, flavorful dishes that impress your guests. Let’s create something memorable together!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make the catering process smooth, personalized, and stress-free from start to finish. Here’s what you can expect when working with us: Initial Contact – We start with a quick conversation (phone, email, or message) to learn more about your event, guest count, location, and any special requests. Custom Menu & Quote – Based on your needs and budget, we’ll create a tailored menu and send you a detailed quote, including service and delivery options. Finalize Details – Once approved, we confirm logistics like setup time, dietary preferences, and any add-ons (e.g. staffing, rentals, drinks). Event Day – Our team arrives on time, fully prepared to deliver delicious food and exceptional service. You enjoy your event — we handle the rest! Follow-Up – After your event, we check in to make sure everything met your expectations and to hear any feedback. We’re here to make your event flavorful, seamless, and unforgettable!

our culinary roots come from real-life experience, passion, and cultural tradition. Our team is made up of chefs and cooks who were raised in Dominican-Caribbean kitchens — learning from family, community, and years of hands-on work in the food and hospitality industry. In addition to that deep cultural foundation, our team has: Catering and restaurant experience across NYC Food safety certifications and proper handling training Ongoing training in customer service, logistics, and event coordination to ensure a smooth and professional experience for every client We believe that flavor and hospitality can’t always be taught in a classroom — they’re lived, learned, and shared through experience.
