I have been putting off writing this review because I dont know how to put into words how amazing George is, if I could give him 10 stars I would! In the last half of 2016 and most of 2017 I was dealing with a lot of medical issue that wound up effected my body and muscles a lot (I was always in pain)! I always had some pounds to lose however I was able to work out and keep it under control until 2016 when it all began and I was put on certain meds for almost a year. When I started with George my whole body would ache all the time and I was dealing a lot back issues AND trust issues regarding anything that involved my health including exercise! Not only did he prove that he knew what he was doing he figured out exercises that would not hurt my back but still make it stronger, and anything he didn't know he researched. Since working with George my back pain has decreased significantly, my body hardly hurts anymore, I feel stronger, im able to work out 4 times a week, and I have lost almost 30 pound, all this in less than 6 months (and it would probably be more if I didn't cheat as often as I do). I was not your typical person looking for a trainer to just tone up or lose a few pounds I needed more help than that and he has gone above and beyond expectations!! He tailors my workouts to me, I am never board, he does not except excuses, however truly cares! He is extremely knowledgeable and always strives to be better and you can tell he truly loves what he does, I cannot recommend him enough!!
I can not express how in love I am with Phil' work. I have been a client since July of 2015 and have not regretted one day at all. Not only is he knowledgeable about fitness but he is passionate about really helping you reach your goal. My personal experience with weight lost has been harder than the average person due to thyroid disease. Phil and I discussed this issue amongst others to plan out the best plan of action. And as of today, I am 21 pounds lighter, eating cleaner and feeling great. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, educated, dedicated and caring trainer...then look no further. Phil is your guy!
If I could, I would rate higher than 5 stars! I met Joe when I signed up at my local gym and I am SOOOOO glad I did. When Joe and I first started training together, I had just had a major medical scare and I had decided I wanted to take my fitness and wellbeing more seriously. We worked out twice a week together and our sessions were always the highlights of my week!! He's hilarious, uplifting, patient, and really takes your thoughts and goals into account when he plans the workout. (For instance - If my ankle was too sore instead of doing the leg exercises like he had planned, we would switched to arms and lower-impact cardio; Joe said: "The best part of working out is that there's always something else you can do instead!") The exercise routines were different EVERY TIME (I seriously don't know how he does it) and every time was fun. He pushed me beyond my personal limits to achieve more, and helped me better understand what working out was all about -- now when I go to the gym on my own I actually know what I'm doing and I have a clear purpose for my workouts. I will definitely aim to meet up with Joe more in the future and I suggest you do too!

You're truly an inspiration...In a short period of time that I've known you, this is the daily message that you have left me with..... To many times we let fear keep us from playing the game, where in reality, fear is what causes us to "fail". No one should be fearful of trying something new or doing what it is that they dream, feel is right, and/or achieving a goal. What we need to be fearful of, is the results or what could have happened if we didn't let fear control us. I don't want anyone to EVER say I failed because I was fearful, but rather I "failed" because I tried. Let your fear, anger, and negativity fuel your success. I have known Isaak Gorelov for the last eight years. He served as Director of the Health, Wellness and Aquatics department of the YJCC of Bergen County located in Washington Township, New Jersey. He supervised all adult fitness related activities, including The Fitness Center, fitness classes, personal training, aquatics and the swim team. He served as my personal trainer twice a week during that time.I found him to be extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of fitness training, including an extensive variety of exercises for each muscle group and he was also able to alleviate certain weaknesses I had in specific body parts. He was a pleasure to work with because of his professionalism and positive attitude. He inspired me to exceed my expectations of fitness and make it seem fun. I have used personal trainers for the last 26 years and have found Isaak to be extremely competent at what he does. I have also seen him work with disabled clients and found him to be compassionate in dealing with their specific deficits. He is patient and encouraging in his handling of them.Isaak would be an asset to anyone using his services.
I have been working out with Gillian for over 20 years, during that time she has consistently kept me motivated and helped me reach and maintain my goals. She is positive, encouraging and knowledgeable. She keeps up with all the latest health trends and information including nutrition as well as physical activity. Her understanding of the body makes her a safe, responsible, trainer but also helps her know how far to push you. I highly recommend her whatever your goals her. She has experience with men and women. She has the unique ability to tailor her approach to each client so she really helps them achieve the best they can. I can't recommend Leon enough! He got to know me as a person and was really able to help me find motivation and purpose around my health. He was always happy to explain to me what we were doing and why and built programs I felt comfortable doing on my own. He put a lot of thought into what we were doing to get me to the next level. Now, I've gone to studio classes where they've been shocked at how well I swing a kettlebell. It's all thanks to Leon's patience with me and spending the time we needed so I did every exercise right. He is an amazing trainer. I lost twenty pounds working with him- and became incredibly fit. I was lifting more than the men in the gym and I had never lifted heavy weights before. If you have the opportunity, train with Leon!
George has worked with me for the last 2 1/2 years.Finding a qualified, knowledgeable, experienced personal trainer was harder than I imagined. I have a problem with my shoulder, therefore finding the right personal trainer was very important and necessary! I interviewed a few personal trainers during my search. The reason I chose George was because of his knowledge and experience working with both men and women with health etc. issues. I have been extremely happy with the wonderful results I see (and others see). My shoulder issue is Not an issue any longer. If you are looking for a personal trainer who will truely take an interest in not only your workouts but also your eating habits (which I found was an added bonus), call George Tsemberlis!

Johnny is one of the main reasons I am almost at full recovery with all my back issues I suffered from last year. It's an understatement to say that Johnny knows his stuff. His goals for me, constant pushing and encouragement, and thorough treatment has made a huge difference in my life. Johnny is the whole package. Cares for my health physically, nutritionally, emotionally, and takes the time to tell me tips on better living during my weeks. His prices are more than reasonable for how much I get per session and is always flexible and willing to work with my schedule. If you have any kind of neuromuscular issue or longstanding mobility issues, Johnny is your man! Only feedback is to eventually have more client hospitable touches with his clinic area in place like coat racks and an area to put a persons bag. In house towels would also be great. But you're on your way buddy! Hope to see that gym built real soon!
Michael introduced guided meditation to my life in 2013. It has been an invaluable gift and I could not have been introduced by a more insightful clinician. At the time he was the coordinator of our university's wellness club. I have since been lead in guided meditation by many practitioners, but none have had the impact on me that Michael has. His ability to meet his clients where they are, and to work according their own strengths and weaknesses makes him an outstanding teacher. As a mindfulness trainer, I would recommend him to anyone. In particular I'd recommend him to men that want to integrate their vulnerabilities into a more fulfilling life, and those looking to develop a more mindful masculinity.
Perfectly intuitive and engaged in my happiness, he was able to see my internal blocks that have been keeping the weight on me. It was things my past boyfriends had said to me. He nailed all of it and more. . Which floored me, because I had long forgot about them. He freaking rocks, not only do we work on the past, but he has been helping me to have clearer, more effective communication with men. We are unearthing my unspoken power. I can't wait for my next session. I feel lighter and stronger. My communication is becoming more clear and effective, and over all having let go of my past boyfriends on such a deep level, l feel more beautiful as a woman and the weight falling away.
