Our experience extends from weddings, baby/bridal showers, overnight trips/vacations, special cause events, fundraisers and charity events, to conferences, and birthday, anniversary, holiday, and grand opening parties. Our standards, quality, attention to detail, and the time we invest making ourselves available to your every need are designed to create an above-average experience. That said, our order minimum is $4,000. If your budget is lower than this, please do not contact us.** **PLEASE READ: Events with Evan serves the greater NY area (including all NYC boroughs, NJ, as well as Long Island and the Hamptons areas). If you are outside of these areas and need setup, decorating, day-of coordination, centerpieces, or breakdown, unfortunately, we are not able to support your event as those cannot be done remotely.**

Evan is great at what he does. He'll give you suggestions and will bring life to your event. He's very professional and kind. I'll definitely work with him again. The chef was excellent as well. He made us the best birthday cake! Everyone loved the decor and the food.

Evan was a joy to work with. He went above and beyond for the event. He listens to you and gives you feedback based on what you want. He does his best to work within your budget, and if what you want cannot fit the budget, he will give you the choice to say yes or no and give you an alternative. I am really happy with how Evan delivered what I asked him to do. Honestly, in the beginning, I was skeptical because his rate is not expensive with everything that they offer to do for you in the event. But all through out the process, he was very responsive, helpful with ideas and suggestions and very honest. He said what he would do, and he did. I am very satisfied with how everything turned out!
