Chef Russ was phenomenal! The ingredients were top notch, everything was prepared to perfection and he was an all around great guy. I would give him 10 stars if I could. It was our first time doing this and it was well worth it!

Russell was fantastic! Hired him in short notice to cook for party of 10. I had never done this before and he made it easy. He was a true pleasure to work with and the food was amazing. I recommend him highly!

This photo shows how excited we were about Chef Russell Moss hosting my husband's birthday dinner. We worked together to customize a Persian menu and everything was delicious. In fact, I just ate some left over potato pancakes with sour cherry marmalade and it was just as delicious as the day he made it. I appreciated his laid-back style and he left the kitchen spotless! I would highly recommend him!

Russ was excellent! He was very responsive to all our communication exchanges. We did cooking class/demo at my parents' house where we cooked asparagus crostini, stuffed artichokes, orange fennel anchovy salad, caprese salad, fettuccine and porcini mushrooms, veal stuffed tortellini, linguini with clams, a ricotta and berry dessert, and a mango panna cotta all from scratch. It was such a good balance of him creating stuff and us assisting him. He brought all of the ingredients and his pasta maker. My parents are in their 60s, my brother and his gf are in their 30s, my husband and I are in our late 20s, and my younger sister is 23 and he got along incredibly well with all of us! He was funny, relatable, and so easy to work with. He came up with the menu and was willing to adjust things as well. This was a birthday surprise for my parents, so he came early to set up and then we surprised them with him and everything. We ended up not even putting dishes in separate bowls and just "family style" out of of big dishes with a lot of forks! He was such a great time. I highly recommend him!

Where to begin??? The FOOD presentation was amazing, taste was mouthwatering, portions were perfect and all my guests raved about him. Russell was very knowledgeable, considerate of any allergies, professional, polite, and really friendly where he made everyone feel at home with him. My husband and I learned more about Russel and the other areas he does such as wine tasting with coordinating meals - looking forward to booking him again for that!! I recommend hiring Russell as your chef, being very particular with whom I hire I would say his services were bar none!

I am very flexible, most everything I do is based on what the client needs so pricing varies.

I like to talk to the costomer first, then I will send a menu as a starting point.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my culinary degree from Johnson and Wales university. I studied in france and Japan. I have cooked in restaurants around New
York and New Jersey as well as Mass. I have been a culinary consultant, chef and teacher for quit a while. I have a very personal approach that worls well as food is such a personal thing.
