FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have a standard price for my personal training services. Ideally, I prefer meeting with my potential clients, gaining a comprehensive understanding of where their fitness level is currently, and what their goals are, and then deciding on a rate that is appropriate for both of us. Unfortunately, Thumbstack requires an exact quote before any interaction, which makes individual quotes hard to estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ideally, I would start with an initial consultation where I aim to understand where the potential client's current fitness levels are, their goals, medical conditions, and injuries. Then, I would follow with a fitness assessment, during which I can gauge their physical abilities in movement, and subsequently, implement a program with achievable goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a personal trainer under the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I am also insured and CPR/AED certified.
