Introduction: Complete beginners are whole-heartedly welcome! Often the beginners reap the most benefits when they first start regularly exercising🌝⁣⁣ Let me know which program you are interested in: (1) LIVE Group Session: The most cost effective and fun program I offer if you don't require personal customization. I host 35 min LIVE streaming weight training sessions 4x/week. All exercises are explained with demo videos so you can easily follow along while I provide real-time feedback to you. Minimum equipment: a mat, a chair, and a device with internet. Resistance bands are recommended. Maximum 6 students per session. Only I can see/hear students. Students can't see/hear each other. New workouts get released every month. (2) 1-on-1 or Small Group Online Personal Training: Good fit for someone (or a small group) who wants more customized LIVE training, guidance, and real-time feedback. This service is equivalent to real-life 1-on-1 personal training but in the comfort of your own home. Program is based on your specific goals, availability (35, 45, or 60 min), space and equipment you have. (3) Monthly Online Programming: Good fit for someone who is self-driven and committed to do the assigned workouts on their own but still wants to receive form check and feedback. You will receive an access to a training app calendar filled with your customized 4-week weight training program, exercise demo videos, a chat feature, and a place to upload your workout results (including videos of you performing exercises). Challenging, creative, and convenient, Jamie's online sessions offer the perfect balance of fitness and fun for anyone trying to stay active in the comfort of their home. Whether because a pandemic is sweeping the globe forcing your gym closed or because you've just been too lazy to go like me, you'll find the accessibility and motivation you need through Jamie. I enrolled in several of her full-body and glutes classes and my shoulders, quads, and 🍑 absolutely hate me for it. Each class starts and ends with yoga-like stretching and cool-down exercises and takes no more than 35 minutes. The main workouts are super-sets with minimal rest in between, with prerecorded videos of Jamie performing them so that we can follow along the proper form while she can watch and critique ours. The best part is that you can get a killer workout without needing any weights--turns out gravity is pretty damn heavy by itself if you know how to use it (and she does). She might be offering free sessions here and there. 10/10 worth checking out!

Jamie is the best personal trainer I’ve ever had. I appreciate her thoughtful planning of exercises which helps to keep the reps interesting, not boring like just repeating the same thing over and over, hoping the workout would be over already. Instead, I am surprised that the whole session has gone by so fast without me wishing it’s be over already! For someone who gets bored very easily during gym workouts, like me, this has been super helpful to stick to the workouts. Also, Jamie gives a good explanation of what each movements are supposed to look like, targeting a specific muscle/ muscle group incorporating anatomy. It really helps to fully understand what each movements are supposed to do/ supposed to look like because before, I was just doing things on my own thinking it’d get the job done, but instead I was injuring myself. I highly enjoy her style of teaching,i kindness, and thoroughness.

Before taking Jamie’s class, my experience with group classes was not very good, since I did not receive much personal help or benefit from the class. However, Jamie handles the group classes very efficiently and yet takes time to provide one-on-one instruction in a group setting! Not only does she demonstrate well, she corrects the posture BEFORE you do anything that would harm you. Also, she offers alternatives if I don’t have right equipments. Unlike most other workout plans/videos you see online that asks you to do 15-20 reps per set, you have the control how many reps you do based on your body condition within the given time. So you may push yourself on good days, or you may focus more on finding right movements on another day. I love her motto when she starts the session ‘quality over quantity.’ I cannot recommend her enough!

I have been taking one-on-one sessions with Jamie for about 3 months now, and I can already see a difference in my physical strength and overall health. Jamie is an excellent trainer, who provides not only clear instructions about the exercise and the form but also an explanation of muscles at work. This helps me focus on relevant muscle groups and get the most out of each routine. The tempo of her classes is just right, and her means of motivating me to push myself has worked very well for me. Jamie is an absolute professional, and I know from her messages on my rest days that she is constantly thinking about how to ramp up my exercise routines. During this quarantine period, Jamie has been ingenious with making the most out of glute loops, resistance bands and a simple chair! I’m certainly going to continue training with Jamie to meet my health goals I set out to achieve right before she started training me.

Jamie's class is a perfect mix of relaxed mind and intense workouts. Her thorough explanations and great choice of music make you focus on your exercise. She constantly corrects your forms, cutting drawbacks of an online class. Overall she's a super prepared, fun instructor. Highly recommended!
