You know you have a great trainer when you feel down each time you miss a workout! Awesome trainer with solid and very effective workouts Mike is great at what he does. He has an awesome personality that will keep you motivated while pushing you. I'm learning tons of new moves and started lifted heavy weights. I'm a mom and it's been hard getting back on the healthy track but Mike has made that transition a very smooth and consistent one. He is very knowledgeable and personable. I can't say enough good things about him. Fun and super effective!

Mike Clancy is simply exceptional! He is energetic, knowledgeable, and you can feel the passion that he has for his work. I have had other trainers in the past, and I can say with 100% certainty that none of them come close to what I experience three times a week with him in the gym. After recovering from a near fatal car accident, and permanently destroying my ankle, Mike Clancy helped me dramatically get back on my feet. He taught me a variety of self strengthening exercises as well as balance routines that helped me recover to almost 100% of where i was in the gym before my accident. Through his powerful and thorough motivation, i would not be where i am today without his extensive therapy methods and help.

    My unique pricing model is based off training frequency. The more often you train per week, the cheaper the session. Train 1x/week... $100 Train 2x/week... $90 Train 3x/week... $80 Train 4x/week... $70 I also offer pre-paid packages that yield a discount on the above rates. 10 Training Sessions: 5% Discount 20 Training Sessions: 10% Discount 50 Training Sessions: 20% Discount

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I was a skinny, scrawny kid that vowed if I ever figured out how to build my body, I would teach others. I am upholding that commitment in my work everyday. I'm determined to simplify the idea of exercise.
