I've worked with at least 10 other trainers since I began working out several decades ago. Though I have had great trainers in the past, Mike tops them all. He is specific to me and my needs. He listens to what I want and helps me achieve those goals. His whole focus is to help me shape and develop my workout. His instructions are crystal clear and make sense. Unlike other trainers, he started with my normal workout and worked to help me change it in effective ways. He suggested ways to shorten my routine but make it work better for me. For the first time, I find that I am getting stronger AND I'm spending less time doing it. Also, for the first time, I've found a trainer who is interested in scheduling sessions at intervals that work best for me - rather than trying to increase the number of sessions. I try to curb my enthusiasm for Mike, but I find myself ranting to friends and colleagues about his work. I have gone so far that when time for a session comes and I am not in the same city (I travel for work), I choose to Skype a session with Mike rather than go to another trainer. It goes without saying that he is always on time, considerate, and aware of his client's abilities, limitations, and strengths. He is highly intellegent and knows the territory - totally. I cannot praise his work enough.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My unique pricing model is based off training frequency. The more often you train per week, the cheaper the session. Train 1x/week... $100 Train 2x/week... $90 Train 3x/week... $80 Train 4x/week... $70 I also offer pre-paid packages that yield a discount on the above rates. 10 Training Sessions: 5% Discount 20 Training Sessions: 10% Discount 50 Training Sessions: 20% Discount

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I was a skinny, scrawny kid that vowed if I ever figured out how to build my body, I would teach others. I am upholding that commitment in my work everyday. I'm determined to simplify the idea of exercise.
