- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am realistic when I talk about pricing with a customer. My fees: a. 1 session a week for $80 per session. b. 2 sessions a week for $70 per session. c. 3 sessions a week for $60 per session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I sit with them for a consultation where, we discuss their overall health, physical history and fitness goals. Lots of questions and answers take place back and forth. Agreeing on a work strategy based on their fitness aim, is what this consultation is about, work begins immediately after.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. ACSM. but again my long term experience is the main ingredient in this mix for sure.
