I am Ruslana,
Olympic athlete from Ukraine 🇺🇦 in the Triple Jump, and 7 times National Champion.
I have been training for the last 30 years in running, weightlifting, powerlifting, jumping, stretching, abs, circuit training, calisthenics, TRX, and plyometrics.
After I retired from the Olympic sport, I really became passionate about coaching and inspiring other women 😊

Ruslana is very professional in what she is doing. She is always kind and patient. She easily explains all exercises. And every training is engaging; we do exercises on different body parts. I have already seen changes in my body.

Ruslana is amazing! I’m so glad I went with her as a trainer. She’s extremely professional and knowledgeable. She was also very accommodating to my busy schedule and it was a huge plus for me. I’ve Been training with her for two months and already see a big progress and change in my body composition. Highly recommend!
