Introduction: Health, wellness, and fitness are the three principles I live by as a specialized fitness professional. As a NASM certified personal trainer, my professional and personal fitness values are functionality training, athletic training, and corrective exercise. I have a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and a corrective exercise specialist. I know my passion for fitness is far beyond the normal scope of your average fitness professional. The focus I place on my client’s body mechanics, and movement patterns are the bedrock to my program design and paramount to their goals. My niche is functionality and correcting abnormal exercise movements while focusing on getting my client’s foundation stronger. So they can have an overall improvement in living their everyday lifestyles.
I am currently taking my passion for fitness to the next level. I am a current Physical
Therapist Assistant student. Upon graduation, I will transition to grad school and become a Doctor of Physical Therapy. I want to merge the two professions. My area of practice will be working with athletes. I will be the reason why my clients exceed their goals. Whether it be; weight loss, muscle building, toning, sculpting, correcting, healing, or coaching. I will be the catalyst that drives them to their victories. I am the trainer who focuses on your ultimate goal and does what it takes to get you there as long as you do your part.
