Introduction: Health, wellness, and fitness are the three principles I live by as a specialized fitness professional. As a NASM certified personal trainer, my professional and personal fitness values are functionality training, athletic training, and corrective exercise. I have a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and a corrective exercise specialist. I know my passion for fitness is far beyond the normal scope of your average fitness professional. The focus I place on my client’s body mechanics, and movement patterns are the bedrock to my program design and paramount to their goals. My niche is functionality and correcting abnormal exercise movements while focusing on getting my client’s foundation stronger. So they can have an overall improvement in living their everyday lifestyles. I am currently taking my passion for fitness to the next level. I am a current Physical Therapist Assistant student. Upon graduation, I will transition to grad school and become a Doctor of Physical Therapy. I want to merge the two professions. My area of practice will be working with athletes. I will be the reason why my clients exceed their goals. Whether it be; weight loss, muscle building, toning, sculpting, correcting, healing, or coaching. I will be the catalyst that drives them to their victories. I am the trainer who focuses on your ultimate goal and does what it takes to get you there as long as you do your part.

I've been working out with Brandon for a little over a year now and have been very happy with each one of our sessions. He does a great job personalizing workouts based on each one of his clients needs and fitness goals. Even since doing his personal trainings remotely his workouts are creative and challenging. I highly recommend Brandon if you're trying to improve your strength, mobility, and overall cardio.

Brandon was my trainer for over a year before COVID shut down our gym (NYHRC). He was easily the best trainer I've ever worked with and helped me achieve my fitness goals and transform my entire physique. Working with Brandon I lost over 30 lbs and cut my Body Fat percentage from 28% to 15. My heart rate dropped 15 bpm and I went from an Overweight BMI to a Normal. My sleep is better, I stopped snoring, and clothes finally fit! Our sessions were easily the highlight of my week. Brandon's workouts were especially impactful in three ways: 1) Variety - each week he brought a different workout that would get progressively more challenging each time we met that week. We weren't just doing 3 sets of 10 on the benchpress, but compound exercises, agility exercises, TRX, abs, balance, plyometrics, ropes, etc. You name it, we did it. 2) Challenge - The workouts were never easy, but with Brandon I jumped higher, lifted heavier, and planked for longer than I ever would have imagined I could. This really paid off with my core strength which improved my posture, endurance, and general fitness. If I got to 8 reps and wasn't struggling, he was sure to add two or three more. 3) Encouragement - Brandon is such a positive individual and he genuinely wants you to succeed. He is laser-focused on form and coaches you on the exact adjustments you would never think to make on your own. He's also a fun person to be around, I often found myself sticking around 10-15 min after our workouts were over chatting about sports, music, and Marvel movies. So if you're new to training, or looking to get back into it, Brandon is your man. I could not recommend him more highly. -Ben

He is a great motivator and hard worker as a trainer, and he is reasonable with my budget. He is flexible and is able to work with your schedule and keep you on track to help with my weight loss goals. When exercising he make sure you are doing it correctly and corrects you when he sees you are doing wrong (as long as my Wi-Fi don’t freeze up Lol). Since starting with SB fitness I feel better, I’m losing weight and I have more energy. He also helps with your meal plans and they work as long as you stick to them. I recommend him to some of my friends and there are no complaints. Even with Covid-19 as long as you have a computer you can exercise right from your home. So if anyone who wants to lose weight I recommend you use SB fitness.
