- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our training process begins with a thorough consultation including your exercise history, lifestyle habits, and goals so that we can understand your complete health and fitness story. Next, we create your first personalized training program designed to help you achieve your primary goals. We will evaluate your progress with feedback sessions, performance tests, planned rest or a direct segue to a new training cycle.
