Terrible, they agreed and then cancelled because I wouldn’t let them tune it the same night and said the move wasn’t worth it, even though they already agreed to move the piano. Pianos need to get used to their environment before tuning.

I'd highly recommend All Around Trucking. Grago and his guys were timely, efficient, and polite! I tasked them with moving a piano into a 5th floor walk-up and, despite dealing with a vary narrow stairwell, they were able to move the piano quickly and efficiently. The piano made it up the stairs in perfect condition and plays beautifully. On another note, they were able to accommodate my move at the last minute. I'm so happy I decided to hire them and I would highly recommend you do the same!

I was anxious about finding someone here to move my piano - it was being moved down two windy and tricky stairwells). These guys gave a fair bid, was very flexible with timing (I had to change the appoint a couple of times). They arrived as planned, did a great job wrapping and protecting the piano, and worked really hard moving it in with no complaints. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

These guys are WONDERFUL!! I had a tricky job of moving a piano into my 3rd floor walk-up. Most of the quotes I got were around $600 and estimated it would take the whole day. Great service. Experienced movers were friendly, helpful and had great attitude even though the piano was much heavier than they expected and it had to be turned up on one end to get it into the elevator! Would definitely recommend them and will use them again if I need moving help!
