Introduction: I am a certified personal trainer, group exercise instructor, Pilates instructor, and dancer, and I have a Master's in Exercise Physiology from Columbia University. I design and teach exercise programs to help you reach your goals. My fitness programs are personalized, effective, and based on up-to-date exercise science research. I provide instructions and assistance with proper form on all exercises as well as constant support. I can provide personal training online, where I write a strength training/ cardio regimen that is designed to help you achieve your goals and that fits with your current lifestyle. I also perform in-person personal training sessions and workouts via Skype. I develop a nutrition plan to help you achieve your best body as well, as I am studying to become a Registered Dietitian at NYU and have an extensive background and experience in nutrition. As a certified Pilates instructor, I can provide private or small group Pilates classes. I offer private Pilates equipment lessons as well as mat classes and lessons that can be done in your home. I am a fully certified classical Pilates instructor, trained to teach all levels and all body types on every piece of equipment. As a lifelong dancer with training in the Alexander Technique method of postural improvement, my Pilates instruction focuses on core strengthening, correcting imbalances, body awareness, and posture. I teach you proper form and the correct muscles to engage so you can enhance your body alignment, strength, and flexibility while applying what you learn in Pilates to other activities, which enhances the benefits of your workouts and reduces your risk of injury. I also teach group exercise and dance classes. I plan all classes meticulously and ensure that exercises progress safely and logically. I give modifications for various levels and injuries/ issues while providing an enjoyable and challenging workout. I sustain a friendly demeanor and am down-to-earth with all of my clients. I am truly passionate about helping others with fitness, nutrition, and wellness. I have studied exercise science, nutrition, anatomy/ physiology, movement sciences, and health since my freshman year of college, and I zealously love what I do. I would be thrilled and honored to help you achieve your goals, ideal body, and best quality of life.
