The whole team is amazing. their men are very professional, efficient and friendly as well. They helped me in taping the boxes and putting on labels. They loaded my furniture and boxes very carefully. At the end they also offered me assistance in unpacking and moving the furniture. Plus there weren't any hidden chargers. so thank you guys for an amazing experience.

I can't say enough good things about our experience with Milton. If you read nothing else of this review, Milton and his team are extraordinarily professional, efficient, clean, considerate, extremely pleasant people to work with and they held our hands throughout the whole process, accommodating multiple changes to the original plan! And it was affordable! My boyfriend and I wanted to order a whole apartment's worth of furniture from IKEA and had no idea how the process worked- but we had an extremely tight timeline and needed it delivered and assembled early the following week. Milton walked us through every step, was available to assemble everything on a day that worked for us (it was a Thursday or Friday when we spoke to Milton and he came on the next Tuesday), and when we had what felt like endless issues with IKEA delivery, Milton and his staff offered up multiple solutions and were extremely flexible (they ended up picking up all of the furniture from our friend's apartment- in the evening and on very short notice!). In the days leading up to the move, Milton or a staff member responded immediately to all of my texts and calls (many of which were sent over the weekend). When it came time to assemble, Milton and his coworker were precise and clean, breaking down and getting rid of over 60 boxes before we even got to the apartment. They set up all of the furniture based off of a very rough drawing I sent to them. They also agreed to mount our TV and to receive our mattress delivery and unpack that, both of which weren't originally requested. If you have any concerns about using an outside company to assemble your furniture, Milton is absolutely the way to go. I can't imagine that anyone else in the business works as carefully and is as accommodating as these guys.
I really enjoyed working with Alex who set everything up. He was extremely responsive and answered all my questions. The movers were also good. They worked really hard and did not waste any time. My complaint is that they didn't communicate much and did not follow a lot of direction of where I wanted my things. In the last hours, they started combining rooms (for example kitchen with bedroom and living rooms items in the same box) so it was hard to find when unpacking. They also overly packed some items (wasting material), but other things were bare and I'm not sure how they didn't break. But overall, they got the work done which is what I wanted. Be aware the estimate may off. I expected them to be there for 3 hours for my 1 bedroom apt (appliances were not part of the move) and they ended up being there for 8 hrs instead, which put me way over budget.
She was great in terms of organizing my place! I recently moved and I was feeling very overwhelmed unpacking. She was efficient and had great organizational ideas on how to manage things in a small NYC apartment. I would definitely hire her again for help!
I reached out to Vlad in a bit of a predicament. Due to a perfect storm of a vacationing loan officer, a confused appraiser, an eager builder, and a noncommunicative landlord, I knew that I had to move within a 12-hour period in the next week. I just didn't know which day. I called around to about 5 movers, and emailed 10 more, only Vlad was willing to be "on call". After inputting all my information, Vlad sent me a non-binding estimate (More on that later). Later that week I emailed him with an exact date, less than 48 hours in advance, he quickly agreed. On the day of the move, I told Vlad that I wanted to move as early as possible, he gave me an hour window, 8am-9am. He showed up 7:30am ready to move. My wife wasn't fully ready, so they started in the other rooms until she left for work. Packing went well. I had done nearly no packing. My wife had an overnight bag, and I had walked around for about an hour throwing things out. Other than that we were totally unprepared (laundry was still on the floor and my mail was on the counter). The men weren't phased and packed through the morning, ending at around noon. There was a slight delay caused by a double-booked freight elevator, but they were as efficient as possible. I did ask that they eat lunch while we waited to save time, and they declined. But I can't complain because they ate while they drove and didn't waste any time (they arrived at the new house withing 10 minutes of me getting the keys). Plus, I wouldn't have wanted to have my lunch at a jobsite while the customer was watching, so why would they? As for the actual packing, they did a great job of using a sane amount of materials, and saved money by using my own luggage and boxes where appropriate. Other movers (especially when you buy boxes from them), use thirty sheets of paper, bubble wrap, and a two boxes to wrap up a cup of pens. Vlad and his men were more selective, saving me money (as well as aggravation during the unpack). Unloading was also a breeze. There was one box explosion, one broken glass, one misplaced box, and few possible dings, but nothing noteworthy, costly, or too aggravating. The total bill came within $100 of the estimate, which was extremely reasonable considering the delay with the elevator, and the cursory description of the apartment. I would definitely recommend them to a friend, especially one that was using them to pack. Vlad and his men are extremely helpful, reasonably priced, highly efficient, and the quality of their work is above-average.

I only wish there were more stars! ! Three of them showed up to move me, after PHENOMENAL customer services arranging and leading up to the day of the move. They were: A) on time, B) friendly yet ready to work and C) an amazing team that work great together. I was most impressed by their willingness to work past 6pm to get my complicated bed frame built and set up. I'm sure others would have given up and left extra parts lying around. No this crew from PREMIER was outstanding.. Oh, and the price - for packing and unpacking - was so much better than others I got quotes from. Truly worth every penny. Listen, moving is stressful but not with these guys. I'm tempted to love every year now that I know about them. Ok, maybe not every year....
Having had a career in the US Military, I moved 12 times in 20 years. In my subsequent career, Roadway moved me twice. Roadway was head and shoulders above any other movers I have experienced in terms of punctuality, professionalism, quality of employees, quality of packing and care unpacking and response to customer requests. They always, always, always went the extra mile. If and when I move again, Roadway will be my first call. I cannot emphasize enough the quality of service received from Roadway. Kudos to the Roadway team!
THEY ARE AMAZING!!! They are on time, fast and have excellent customer service. I was surprised to see my living room and study packed in mere 1.5 hours into perfection. They even labeled all boxes with what's inside. I was so impressed. I will definitely have them to help me again and will recommend the service to anyone. I actually might ask for help with unpacking too, seeing how organized and amazing they were with packing.

J&Y Service was referred to me by my well know Realtor to assist me in relocating my home. Initially, their work dealt with packing my special and valuable items I didn't want to trust to a mover. My relationship with them continued to unpacking when I moved into my new location. In the last two years, I have repeatedly trusted J & Y with major and minor renovations, flooring, cleaning, etc. they have proven their trustworthiness, accuracy and responsiveness over and over. I continue to use them for weekly cleaning and occasional odd jobs. My belongings are treated with respect and honesty, When additional workers are required on larger projects J & Y stands behind their honesty and integrity as well. Incredibly easy to work with. Everything was straight forward, they were very competitive and extremely fast in their responses. On the move day, the movers arrived in front of our building half an hour earlier, were efficient, patient, and professional in every possible way. Debbie helped me unpacking my move to our new house. It was a taunting task and I didn't even know where to start. Debbie was efficient, organized and soooo nice. We found the right spots for all my things. If I didn't contact Debbie, my house would have been an obstacle course of boxes for months. But now its home.
I was organizing a move from Chicago to SC and our movers pushed back the move-in date to the Sunday of Labor Day Weekend. We were scrambling to find help and Susan saved the day! She came in on Sunday/Monday and directed the movers, helped unpacked boxes, and staged the house so the family was ready to live in their new home. She was extremely nice and wonderful to work with.
