- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
MJRvisuals we believe in communication and transparency Once a quote is provided and services agreed upon a contract is written and forwarded to the client for revel and signing. The contract is sent to ensure that we provide the exact details discussed and agreed upon. A contract ensures that. A deposit is then processed, online, and we provide the service. We normally give a 10 - 22 day turnaround on all deliverables but it can be faster if requested. As quick as 24 hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We actually refresh and train on software and equipment weekly as part of our workflow.
