- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes I have a pricing system. It is in my quote. It includes at least one Facetime visit, a personal visit, and unlimited phone and texting interactions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a prospective client contacts me I ask them 'how can I help?" It's very important that the client, or wedding couple, feel that I am eager to provide the ceremony that they want. My couples are smart New Yorkers who have been around. They want to work with someone who is in alignment with their wishes
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an Ordained Rabbinic Pastor. I have performed many ceremonies.Sometimes I suggest readings. Other times we have music and poetry. As experienced as I am I there is always something new to learn from my clients.
