Recently broke my phone screen after falling down the stairs at lexington. The tech came quickly when I contacted which was very helpful. My screen looks totally brand new and I was able to indicate everything I needed before hand. It was nice to get someone to come to me when I have a very busy schedule. They were courteous and very professional. I highly recommend especially if you want to avoid the back and forth.
