Margherita recently prepared a wedding shower for me involving a fresh pasta making lesson and a simple sauce. She was delightful to work with and was very responsive to our requests both as to the nature of the cooking lesson and dietary needs. She was extreme helpful in setting up the space in a welcoming and attractive fashion. The food was delicious and the participants in the sauce preparation enjoyed her tutelage. Thanks to Margherita this a very well received and different wedding shower. Her vivacious personality and her professionalism contributed highly to the event. She was eager to share her professional skills in a way that related well with the participants. I look forward to using her chef skills in the future.
Had a private class to teach us some cooking for wife's birthday. Had fun and food was amazing. Thank you.
David was great! He showed up on 3 days notice and even came early for my girlfriends birthday dinner! He prepped the table in advance and taught us about various cooking techniques. He was professional and charged a reasonable fee! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a similar service!
We hired Epicurean Services for an in home cooking lesson. My boyfriend is a moderately experienced chef and Bradley did a fantastic job of working with his level of experience to make the lesson informative for both of us. He cooked stuffed fish, rice pilaf and green bean almondine. The rice pilaf was delicious and simple, I have already remade it less than a week later. The green beans and tilapia were creamy and filled with flavor. Bradley was so much fun to talk to and I really enjoyed the convenience and comfort of having a fine dining experience at home. I look forward to using Epicurean Services in the future for events and relaxing date nights. Bradley is passionate and knowledgeable about his work and I would recommend his services to any human being with the ability to eat food.
Chef's Catering put together a surprise wedding dinner for us at our home. They showed up an hour before guests arrived and stayed throughout the night to make sure food was hot and immaculately cleaned our kitchen. We were incredibly impressed with not just the quality of the food and preparation, but also in their professionalism and general enthusiasm in cooking and socializing. What stood out? The coconut shrimp were raved about from our family and friends. Mike even put together a shrimp cocktail for a guest with nut allergies! The arancini balls were fried on site and were so tasty with the pesto sauce on top. We also dined on Chicken French, Greens and Beans, Pulled Pork on cornbread crustinis, and an array of fresh fruits and cheeses. From the food selection process to the close of the wedding Mike took care of all of the details. It is rare to go to a wedding and hear people say that they enjoyed the food, we heard multiple compliments on Chef's Catering from our guests.
Mark catered my son's graduation party! The food was of high quality. Awesome down home cooking! The presentation was appealing to all senses! I would highly recommend for any event!
