- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will discuss that with the home owner once we agree on a fair price I'm very fair and I work with my customer's on a fair price im very easy too work with and vary fair cause I look at it like this I'm not out too get rich off one job I'm out too make a good review from my customer's and hope they tell.family and friends about how great lippert's finest painters were that's why we have the amazimg reputation that we have because we maybe we lose a dollar or two or take a price cut well your good review on my thumb tack profile and your word a mount about my crew is worth it too help people out cause at the end of the day I rather have lost a dollar and gained a happy customer happy customer's bring more customers and that's what keeps us busy and makes us number one
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Like too meet my customer's and go over everything in person with them and see the job then I like too sit down discuss a fair price with them and then write up a legal binding contract between me and the customer and set a start date and make a list of the material needed for the job
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a small business degree and I am a full insured and fully llc licensed and certified also have a license for heavy equipment operator I do it all digging foundations for new home builds to even digging in ground pools and patios we build barns to homes to decks too drywall hanging to finishing too painting to drylocking we even apoxy floors and seal driveways
